Kaylee Smith is a director of photography, photographer, and experimental film director based in NYC. Originally from Utah, she now has a BFA in Film and Television Production from New York University.
With a background in editorial photography, Smith seeks to create unique images that speak to female and queer sensibilities. Utilising both digital and analog formats, she connects most with bold and authentic work.
Her most recent short film "Midnight Service" won Best Experimental at the 2025 First Run Film Festival at NYU. She also is a recipient of the ROSCO cinematography award by ARRI.
